Ideal for couples or single visitors with every facility you could need inside.There is parking for one car, the flat has a smart tv & everything you will need inside to make your stay a real home from home. We are right in the centre of town and conveniently situated for Coast & Country.

The flat comprises of an entrance hall with hangers for coats & a space for shoes/boots. The shower room & toilet is on the ground floor with stairs leading to the kitchen which is well equipped with a full size fridge freezer, dining table & chairs, gas hob, electric oven, kettle toaster, microwave, coffee machine pots pans cutlery & utensils plus an Iron and Ironing board. The lounge has a comfortable corner suite with smart tv & wifi & a selection of books & games.

There's a small market on Tuedays and Fridays & Alford Manor House museum, tea room & gardens is almost opposite. (seasonal opening hours apply) There are numerous country walks just a stones throw away. There are three pubs in the town the nearest (Half Moon) right on your doorstep only a few steps away. There are a few takeaways nearby (some deliver) We have a Chinese, Pizza/kebab house and a chip shop all in walking distance.

Seaside towns like Sutton on Sea, Anderby Creek, Skegness and Mablethorpe are just a short drive & market towns like Louth (20 minute drive) Spilsby (10 minutes) Mablethorpe (15 minutes) Horncastle famous for its antiques is just a 20 minute drive. Also Cadwell Park is just 16 miles away, Fantasy Island, Butlins, Donna Nook, Lincolnshire Wildlife park, Parrott Zoo, Gibralter point nature reserve to name just a few amazing attractions in our lovely County.
