MORE ARTISTS ANNOUNCED FOR THE GATHERING FESTIVAL THIS SUMMER

We are delighted to announce the addition of a further three incredible artists who are set to join us this September!

Joining us are winners of the 2019 Belhaven Bursary for Innovation in Music, Kinnaris Quintet, two of Scotland’s most revered multi instrumentalists Mairearad Green and Anna Massie, and brand new project, GLIN who feature BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year and Project Smok musician Ali Levack and former Manran and Talisk member Craig Irving.

These new artists join the previously announced line up of, Skerryvore, WOLFSTONE, Peatbog Faeries, Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Torridon , Trail West, rhythmnreel and THE CITY OF INVERNESS YOUTH PIPE BAND.

We are also delighted to announce our beer & spirit partners focussing on the very best of the Highlands. Draft beer will be provided by our local brewery Black Isle Brewery, our whisky partner is Tomatin Distillery single malt, while our house Gin & Vodka will be provided by Caithness’ Rock Rose Gin & Holy Grass Vodka respectively. Brand new for 2021 we are delighted to also welcome North Point Distillery Rum to the festival.

There will be a selection of other Highland distilleries & breweries on site as part of our ‘meet the makers’ sessions to be announced in the coming weeks.

The event will also feature a programme of entertainment for the whole family including, come try traditional music sessions, mini Highland Games, theatre & magic shows and so much more.

The full Market Stall and Street Food programmes will be announced shortly featuring the very best in Highland and Scottish crafters, makers and food & drink suppliers.
