The stylish lounge is spacious and tastefully furnished with French doors giving a bright and airy ambience whilst watching the ever changing seascape and listening to the sea crashing against the shore line. The well-appointed, contemporary kitchen has solid oak units capped with granite work surfaces and a dining area where the sea view can mesmerise too. Step out of the kitchen onto your own private garden and enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends before going down your own private steps into the beach . If the beach isn't enough for you Watersedge now houses a 6seater hot tub undercover in its own "hot tub shack" so it can be enjoyed all year round. Please note the hot tub is an added extra and not included in the weekly tariff, contact us for pricing. There really is not a more idyllic location to enjoy some R&R time with family and friends. Please note that we can't guarantee the hot tub will be upto temperature for your arrival if we have had previous guests in. The hot tub is emptied, cleaned ,disinfected and refilled with fresh clean water and new chemicals for all new guests on changeover day. Just like we wouldn't want you sleeping in the same bed as our previous guests, we don't want you having to share their water aswell. Late check outs can be arranged prior to your departure depending on whether we have new guests arriving on your departure day. This is charged at £100.00 till 12 noon ( just like you would expect to pay if staying in a hotel) . This is to be paid prior to your departure.
