Rarely does a self-catering holiday property boast such close proximity to one of Northumberland’s most gorgeous beaches but not only is its location idyllic, the supreme quality throughout the accommodation is

the epitome of luxury too! With six beautifully co-ordinated spacious bedrooms; four of them with pristine en-suite shower rooms, two twin rooms and a fabulous family room to comfortably sleep four, along with a sumptuous family bathroom with Spa bath. This prestigious property is perfect for that special gathering of family and friends or for those who simply prefer the finer things in life. The stylish lounge is spacious and tastefully furnished with French doors giving a bright and airy ambience whilst watching the ever changing seascape and listening to the sea crashing against the shore line. The well-appointed, contemporary kitchen has solid oak units capped with granite work surfaces and a dining area where the sea view can mesmerise too. Step out of the kitchen onto your own private garden and enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends before going down your own private steps into the beach . If the beach isn't enough for you Watersedge now houses a 6seater hot tub undercover in its own "hot tub shack" so it can be enjoyed all year round. Please note the hot tub is an added extra and not included in the weekly tariff, contact us for pricing. There really is not a more idyllic location to enjoy some R&R time with family and friends. Please note that we can't guarantee the hot tub will be upto temperature for your arrival if we have had previous guests in. The hot tub is emptied, cleaned ,disinfected and refilled with fresh clean water and new chemicals for all new guests on changeover day. Just like we wouldn't want you sleeping in the same bed as our previous guests, we don't want you having to share their water aswell. Late check outs can be arranged prior to your departure depending on whether we have new guests arriving on your departure day. This is charged at £100.00 till 12 noon ( just like you would expect to pay if staying in a hotel) . This is to be paid prior to your departure.

This doesn't happen ever !
We have had a cancellation for the 6th September for 1 week .

Very rarely...in fact never, do we have availability for the last week of June and the first week of July, but this year we do.
Watersedge has been newly decorated with new carpets throughout the whole house, the house is in pristine order . Step off the garden onto a quiet beach ,private access along with your own private undercover hot tub that seats 6 people. Plus your furry four legged friends can come too. Watersedge 6 seater hot tub has arrived and is now available to be booked . There will be some guests that don't want the hot tub so instead of increasing our weekly tariff the hire of the hot tub will be an additional charge.
