Fabulous house and location with great service from the team at Pennine Ways's. The house had everything you needed and more....

Bridge End house is a beautiful place. It is immaculate. The house is in the countryside next to the South Tyne. There is loads to do. We visited Hexham, Blanchland and the Roman Wall at Twice Brewed. It was a great location for a family event with 14 of us.

Beautiful home ideal for family get together to celebrate 60th birthday, great layout for party with warm cosy relaxing environment. Would definitely look to book for future get together with friend and family.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. It was really well equipped and had plenty of space. The location was stunning and lots to do nearby. We'd definitely come back.

Bridge End House was magnificent for our big family get together! The rooms were all beautifully decorated and the kitchen and rest of the house was well equipped! So spacious and we were all a massive fan of the boot room especially after a long muddy walk! We would all definitely recommend and would return again!

Take a look beneath the surface when you join us for this free family-friendly river dipping event at Bowlees Visitor Centre on Tuesday 28 May, 11am to 1pm. Discover the amazing underwater life of a stream as we go ‘dipping’ with nets to look for the insect life below the water surface.
This event is a great opportunity to observe nature and to learn how to identify different species. Wellies will be necessary if you want to enter the water. All other equipment is provided.
