It's Menstrie Gala day today. πGala Days are celebrated by towns and villages all over Scotland, and the traditions vary. Still, many involve crowning the Gala King & Queen, fancy dress, a parade through the main street, races, and large outdoor gatherings and parties. π 2022 & 2023 started with our eldest son Maxwell piping in the New Year at the castle.
