We've been farming in our tiny pocket of Yorkshire for five generations. We've been serving guests in our two Michelin-starred restaurants since 2006.

Lots of owls! 🦉 This little fella is a burrowing owl. One of the smallest owl species, they live in North and South America and nest in underground burrows 😍
