Wise, timely words ❤️❤️

As a small restaurant, we love it when we see a full reservation list, however when we begin to see where people fail to show up for a reservation, and don't want to answer the phone, it costs us as a small business quite dearly.

Not only do we lose the revenue of the failed booking, but as a small 48 seat restaurant, we also lose the potential opportunity to book in customers who want to join us for amazing food, cocktails and an enjoyable time.

Many restaurants are now taking deposits for tables at the time of reservation, and we can fully understand why this is being put in place and now becoming normal practice.

We really don't want to do this, so we would really appreciate it if you can not make your reservation, then please give us a call and just let us know. We really do fully understand that last minute changes happen.

We will be more than happy to cancel your table so we can free it up for others who may be waiting on a call back should there be a cancellation.
