Our latest property ready to go onto Booking.com, ‘Flemings Yard’ number 15, set in an off street Court yard with allocated parking, on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite also the main bathroom which has a spacious shower, under floor heating which keeps you cosy when you step out the shower, there is also a washing machine in the entrance hall, upstairs there is a lounge/dining area and kitchen which is fully equipped, WiFi and flat screen tv, there is another stair going up to the second bedroom with king size bed, cupboard with hanging space and beautiful views. This property has just had an interior update, local joiners Neil Gardner & John Mckenzie have installed new flooring and lots of little extras to their usual very high standard, Fleming & Gibson plumbing have installed our very smart new showers and bathroom fittings, Brodie Smith electrical has upgraded all lighting and checked over all appliances and wiring, Scott McLean & Colin Campbell painters have re-painted the entire house in a fresh crisp white and blue door, new carpeting has been fitted on the stairs, lounge & top bedroom, we are so pleased with how smart this property is looking, it is in a central location minutes from the shops, restaurants, pub, harbour & castle street beach.
