About last night… 🦪 🦞 🥃

We delighted in serving up a culinary experience for guests who requested an Irish Seafood and Whiskey tasting night.

Together with the phenomenally talented chefs Barry and Dan from Arbutus Catering we had a fantastic evening, trying new things and ultimately enjoying the very best of local produce from right here in Northern Ireland.

Our guests got hands on, trying a huge variety of flavours and seafood options, even getting to select (& name!) their own lobsters prior to cooking. Our friendly chefs encouraged everyone to get stuck in and get their hands dirty by showing exactly how to correctly (& safely!) shell a lobster and cook to perfection 👌.

This fine spread was washed down with a selection of local whiskey’s expertly prepared by our incredibly knowledgeable bartender Nathan who gave a very interesting insight into the Irish whiskey industry and he of course can make an amazing whiskey sour - arguably the drink of the night!

If you’re looking for a memorable experience for a group of people, perhaps a milestone celebration or a corporate team building, this is a fantastic option to consider.
