3 of our lovely cottages are open all year round - and we have discounted rates from Jan - Apr available.
We are delighted to have received more 5* reviews on our Airbnb page this month (despite the weather!) There is still lots to see and do in and around the area when it is quiet, from long walks and cycles, kayaking, cycling, boat trips and lovely local pubs and cafes - so why not book a wee break to make this long winter a little more exciting!

😲 The most deserted station in Scotland!

Only 2 miles from Arisaig House and cottages, our guests can board the train from Beasdale towards Arisaig, Mallaig or south bound to Fort William and Glasgow. Lifts are available with prior notice.

THE QUIETEST STATION IN THE NATION 😲🚂

Beasdale Railway Station was originally a private station for Arisaig House, but it was opened to the public on 6th September 1965; however, we were shocked to discover that ZERO passengers used Beasdale Station between April 2020 and March 2021!

We're going to make sure we occassionally board at Beasdale from now on 🙌

The LONG anticipated diary opening of our newest property - Gardeners Cottage - is finally here!
Whilst we are still making final preparations for guests (blinds still to arrive for the living-room, pictures still to be hung - once we all agree where they shall go - and another deep clean!), we wanted to update everyone that has been patiently waiting for our images.

This 2 bedroom stand alone cottage has been restored and refurbished to offer a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate cosy living-room on the entrance floor, with a master bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower on the 1st floor.
There are steps to the entrance of the house, parking for guests, and whilst there is no private garden or seating area, you are welcome to use the gravel area to enjoy the summer sun or explore the 19 acre gardens and make good use of the full size tennis court.

Rates will start at £100 p/n + £30 cleaning fee. Check in days are Friday to Monday, Monday to Thursday for 3 night stays or Fridays and Mondays for 7 night stays)

Larachmhor Gardens is a 28 acre woodland garden just a 3 minute drive/30 minute walk from Arisaig Cottages.

With a large display of rhododendrons, shrubs and exotic trees, this is a beautiful local walk suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, with an ever-changing display depending on the season.
Full of history and charm, this should be on your to-do list when visiting the area, rain or shine!

This winter a few of our local ladies have been wild swimming every day in some VERY cold temperatures, so the kids wanted to give it a go! Even in winter, Camusdarach Beach did not disappoint with beautiful views and clear water.

What are your this year? If your an active wild water swimming enthusiast or a 'relax on the beach with a book' person, Arisaig and the surrounding areas have got you covered for this and so much more!
