We purchase our beef from a local distributor Merry Meats they source all their beef from Gaindykehead Farm in Scotland.

Ribeye is a boneless cut taken from the rib section and is full of flavour with marbling throughout.

We recommend this cut of meat to be cooked medium as this gives the fat enough time to render down and flavour the meat.
