Today!!!

We have our Christmas Market today at Tissington from 10.30 till 4. Come along and support our fantastic local businesses selling all there brilliant products from Wreaths, to cards, Fudge, Christmas Decorations, Cheese, Slates, Jewellery and of cause plenty of Cake!!! Plus lots more!

Mrs Claus will also be calling in to say hello between 11 & 12!

As well as our Christmas Market, Herbert’s Tearooms is open from 10.30 serving hot food, drinks and of cause mincepies. Call in for a Cup of Mulled wine and a warm mince pie for £5.95!

Beautiful Tissington is a picture-perfect Peak District village, with characterful houses on quiet lanes and the spectacular 17th Century Tissington Hall at its centre. Tissington has a wide range of independent shops, an ancient church, a tea room, six village wells and a lovely duckpond, with plenty of resident ducks, coots and moorhens. If you’ve never been, it’s one to cross off your Peak District bucket list!

The gardens at Tissington Hall will be open for the National Garden Scheme on Mondays 12th, 19th and 26th of August. 5 acres of grounds and stunning rose garden. Situated in the picturesque village of Tissington, and close to countryside walks and the Tissington Trail. There are refreshments available at Herberts Fine English Tea Rooms and you'll also find the award winning Tissington Nursery in the village.
