Seen yesterday on a walk in the dales with Izzy and Ollie. The lovely cygnet is slowly becoming a beautiful swan. Hope it can find a partner to share its life in the beautiful Peak District.

Well done to Ollie who came second ( out of 2) in the baby puppy class. It was his first show and he behaved very well, not growling at the judge or have a crafty nibble.

Fun at Black Rocks Matlock

Ollie swimming

Ollie persuaded to go swimming. He took to it like a duck to water.

What a change of weather at the weekend, it was lovely to see the sun shining. Come rain or shine the cosy barns assure a comfortable break away, and 4 legged friends are welcome. We have extended our spring prices to early June so an even better reason to pack a bag and chill out for a few days or even a week. Don’t forget The Sycamore Inn, just down the road where a warm welcome and delicious food and drink awaits you. Hope to see you soon.
