a small and peaceful holiday park where you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday. Sandybrook is an ideal location for exploring the southern Peak District or visiting Alton Towers. You will find country walks, quaint villages and an array of local attractions and activities on your doorstep. Dovedale, a popular beauty spot is also nearby with its much-loved stepping stones across the River Dove and spectacular views from the top of Thorpe Cloud. Whether you want to put on your walking boots and explore the great outdoors, visit magnificent stately homes or simply relax in the peace and tranquility of your natural surroundings, Sandybrook is the perfect place to enjoy a short break. All of our lodges are furnished to high standards and provide comfortable self catering accommodation for your family. Each lodge has a veranda with outdoor furniture for dining alfresco and for making the most of the peaceful surroundings. Lodges are available with one, two, three or four bedrooms and Spa lodges also include an outdoor hot tub. Our luxury lodges are ideal for short breaks and holidays throughout the year.

🧙‍♀️ Halloween Night of Fun – On Thursday, 31st October, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, join in the fun at Shrovetide Walk. Pop by for a mix of games, face painting, and dressing up!

🧸 Ashbourne at Play – Step back in time with the ‘Ashbourne at Play’ exhibition, curated by the Heritage Museum. Showcasing toys and toy shops from the town’s history and its playful past, running at the Town Hall.

🎆 Ashbourne Fireworks & Fun Fair – On Friday, 1st November at Ashbourne Park, enjoy the funfair from 5 PM, followed by a dazzling fireworks display at 7 PM.

👻 Ashbourne’s Haunted Tour – Discover Ashbourne’s ghostly history with this self-guided walk. Pick up your map for £1 from the Heritage Museum and learn all about the town’s spooky past.

🦆 Friends of Ashbourne Park Duck Dash – Bring the whole family for a fun-filled afternoon on Sunday 27th October at 1 PM on Fishpond Meadow. Watch as the ducks race across the pond, supporting the community and raising funds for Ashbourne Park.

Get ready for some spook-tactic half-term fun at Ecclesbourne Valley Railway! 🎃

We're running trains from 26th October-3rd November so why not pop down with the kids for a ride along the valley and have a go at the pumpkin treasure trail!

There's no need to book, just grab your tickets at the booking office on the day.
