I cant believe we are nearly at the end of March and Easter is around the corner, where has the time gone?!
This means we are 4 weeks into the Toddler Energy Course with 2 weeks to go!

The next course starts on Thursday 23rd April, this will be a 5 week course due to how the school holidays fall.

Its a great opportunity for parents/carers and children from 2-4 years of age to come along and enjoy some fitness activities together, using music, fun equipment such as hoops and beanbags. Learning colours, numbers, how to take turns, listen to instructions, bond wih parents and socialise with others and many other benefits.
