The view from Harrison Stickle on Saturday!
It's not always sunny on the hill but by joining one of our guided challenge walks you'll be in safe hands, all of our leaders are fully qualified Mountain Leaders.

As always our first challenge of 2023 will be the Simonside Challenge, this is a great way to get yourself ready for the summer ahead before moving on to some of our more challenging walks.
The Simonside Challenge
Start/Finish: Rothbury
Distance: 18 Miles
Duration: 8 β 10 hours
Difficulty: Challenging
Date: 22nd April 2023
Route: We start our challenge in the centre of beautiful Rothbury town. We continue and join St Oswaldβs Way, heading up and over the Simonside hills. Upon reaching the summit, we descend into Harwood Forest, this takes us on a large loop and allows you to experience first hand the beauty of the forest. We then return to the Simonside Hills, making our way over Tossin Hill and into our descent back to Rothbury.
Please visit our website to book or you can email/message us.

Thanks to Sarah for this video from this year's challenge!
The weather can change very quickly in the mountains and once the cloud descends you need to know how to use a map and compass, so why not sign up for one of our Navigation Courses!
The video was taken a few years ago when we were walking in the Lake District!
Northumberland Six Peaks Challenge 2019
Yesterday should have been our first Northumberland Six Peaks Challenge of the year, as that wasn't posible we thought we'd share this video of last years challenges while we plan some new challenges for next year!
I hope every one is safe and well!
This video was put together by one of the participants on this summers National 3 Peaks events that we worked on, its always great to receive things like this after the event showing how much people enjoyed themselves!
