Day trip to Glasgow -
Took the train from Gleneagles Station - 10 mins drive from Sycamore Lodge, free parking. Train journey time 56 mins.
Spent a leisurely 4 hrs at Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum. Apart from the stunning architecture, there's something for everyone to see and enjoy including the daily organ recital which can be heard throughout the building. I was lucky to go see the Mary Quant exhibition which is currently showing until October 2023.
A great day out.

Looking down on Beinn Ghlas from Ben Lawers summit.........if hill walking is your thing then you won't be disappointed with a visit to Scotland. Take a scenic 60 min drive from Sycamore Lodge, climb these peaks, and you can enjoy incredible views.
Ben Lawers is the 10th highest mountain in the UK and the highest in the Southern Highlands. The mountain is at the centre of a chain of 7 Munros which can be walked in one day. Pushed for time.........I managed 2 of them in 5 hrs!
