Or if you’d like to chill out with a new book and get some peace and quiet, all of our self catering properties have been kitted out for a relaxing stay.

All of our properties are in rural locations around ten minutes drive to Aviemore - also dog friendly and great for families looking for a homely base or couples searching for a quiet, cosy retreat to unwind.

Did you know you can now join an experienced ranger on a guided walk up the Cairngorm Mountain? A fantastic opportunity to explore the stunning scenery with an experienced mountain climber leading the way and sharing their vast knowledge of the local environment.

All four of our properties are located on the outskirts of Aviemore and a very scenic drive to the mountain - we a few dates still available next month for those interested in a guided walk.

Hillview Cottage is perfectly located on the outskirts of Aviemore. A short 5 minutes drive away from the busy town. This quaint cottage offers cosy home comforts within a natural, peaceful environment. A stunning setting all year round with delightful garden space to enjoy the Scottish summers and log fires for the frosty winter months. You can enjoy a countryside walk from the rear of the cottage in to Aviemore or take in the views at the top of Duke of Gordon’s Monument. If you and the family are looking for adventure, there's an abundance of activities and places to visit on your doorstep; Highland Wildlife Park, Loch Morlich, Cairngorm Reindeer Centre, Cairngorm National Park, Skiing and the town of Aviemore offers a supermarket, local shops and an array of cafes, restaurants and pubs to suit every diner.

Cottage Accommodation: Twin Bedroom - Ground Floor. Double Bedroom. Kids Bunkhouse (sleeping 3) upstairs. Sleeps 8 max. The cottage also comprises of an Entrance Hallway, Bathroom with bath & shower upstairs, Lounge with log fire, Kitchen with dining area, WC and outdoor eating area.

Garden House: Bunk-bed Bedroom, Bathroom with shower, Lounge with log fire, private decking space. Sleeps 2 only. (Not available until 2020)
