After my accident last summer, I'm excited to offer some guided rides and coaching from spring onwards.

Two great days guiding a popular local route.
The weather held up, the sun was shining, the views and scenery as always... Epic, the shandys and lunch stops at route 7 kept us fueled, swimming in Loch vaa.... with smiles on our faces, and spinny legs to keep the ebikes turning. It certainly was an amazing 2 days biking with great people π

On saturday I took part in ridlelines enjoyro down in peebles.
First race of the season, and I manged a smooth clear run π placing 14th out of 34 fast ladies.

**ladies only ebike tours in Aviemore!**
following on from the success of our ladies only ebike tours in Aboyne, we are delighted to partner with , based in the Aviemore area. Owner and guide Lynn will lead the tours around the foothills of the cairngorms in the Rothiemurcus estate.
πdates:
Saturday 22nd May
Saturday 12th June
Sunday 3rd July
πall tours start at 10am riding from Glenmore Forest Park Visitor Centre carpark.
π tours will be circa 25 miles in length, predominantly offroad away from traffic on landrover tracks and easy graded trails. this tour is suitable for novices and recreational riders.
π duration will be around 3-4hrs riding time but will be dependent upon various things.... how much fun we are having or hot weather could see us taking our time (and even cooling off in the Loch!)
π we also hope to include a coffee+cake stop along the way too! (not included in tour price)
π the cost of the tour is a very reasonable Β£60pp which includes ebike+helmet hire, some light coaching techniques, an awesome route choice with cracking views and brilliant quiet pathways + great chat! π

Did anybody else mange to get out for a snowy ride today?
There's something really exhilaration about riding our favourite trail in the snow. No mud, no sniper tree roots just lots of snow and endless amounts of grip πβοΈ

We all had good fun today, on the mtb skills session, using some sender ramps equipment!!
Lots of confidence gained today by everyone, lots of new techniques and a heap of progress achieved.
I will be running more sessions in the future along side kev, so if you would like to join in on the fun look out for future dates.
I'll run adult sessions and kids sessions, this will also give you the chance to pass your level 1 and level 2 gomtb.

On the 28th May 2022 I will be joining Cairngorn Confidence Outdoors]] and Kelly Macdonald] for a 100km bike ride, starting from the cairngorm car park over to Lossiemouth.

Is raising money to purchase 2 ebikes to use in their community interest company, which will enable people to get outside on 2 wheels.
When I seen Sarah was doing this challenge I decided to join in with her as it was for a great cause.
Mountain biking is my passion. I love being outside, it has so many health benefits both physically and mentally. Jumping on my bike always make me smile.
We think that mountain biking should be accessible to everyone, and we would love to help people in our community, join in with our passion for bikes and go on new experiences. To explore places on their door step that they have never been to, on 2 wheels.
This will be the longest cycle I have ever done and I'm looking forward to the challenge. The training has already started ππͺ
