Not even a rainy Scottish summer day could stop our first mountain bikers from coming to Cairngorm Mountain to try out our newly opened Bike Park. The first riders took our conveyor uplifts to experience our range of gravity-style mountain biking trails. Impressive stuff!

We’re looking forward to welcoming even more mountain bikers of all ages and, of course, seeing our experienced bikers take on the advanced flow trails.

We're all looking forward to the arrival of mountain biking at Cairngorm Mountain. Work continues on the Bike Park, and the Lower Zone is almost ready for its first wheels!

We're giving biking enthusiasts the chance to experience exclusive taster sessions of the Lower Zone, at a reduced price, before the opening of the Bike Park. More information on our taster sessions and how to book a reduced ticket price will be announced soon.

Good morning. We have had around 14cm of snow overnight at the Base Station, with calm conditions and a temperature of -4C. There is a fair bit of snow on the approach roads this morning around Aviemore so drive with care. Expect delays as we clear our car parks this morning. More updates to follow. Cheers Ops2.

Sunday 15th January 8.00am.
Morning all.
Currently light winds across the hill – overcast with a temperature of -1.0c.
There has been 10cm fresh snow at base level and heavy drifting on the upper mountain which is being groomed out at the moment.
Our roads and car parks will be opening very shortly. We are assessing other areas of the hill, but to start we will have the Conveyors, Coire Cas T Bar and M1 Poma operating. There will be some pretty nice snowsports around today!
We will update again later in the morning.

The Old Packhorse Bridge at Carrbridge… the oldest stone bridge in the Highlands, built in 1717 to allow funeral processions to access Duthil Church when the river was in spate 🖤

Carrbridge is a brilliant wee village to explore with the famous Landmark Forest Adventure Park , great pub Cairn Hotel & Carve Carrbridge event at the start of September & Golden Spurtle World Porridge Making Championships in October!
