Located on the A35, Lyme Regis Cobb Harbour car-park is 5 minutes drive away and a further 7 beaches are within 20 minutes drive.

Less than three miles from Lyme Regis, this cosy family home is the ideal retreat to relax and unwind in the acre of private garden, or explore the surrounding countryside and Jurassic Coast. From East to West they are: Burton Bradstock, West Bay, Eype, Seatown, Charmouth, Lyme Regis, Seaton and Beer

The local shop is 5 minutes walk as is the local pub, The Hunter's Lodge Inn. For more diverse s

hopping, Axminster is a five minute drive with a selection of supermarkets. Exeter and Taunton are each about 45 minutes drive. If food and drink is your thing, River Cottage is less than 2 miles away and the nearby Lyme Bay Winery and The Coffee Factory are also worth a visit. Note that all driving times are outside of the summer season when traffic can become "unpredictable"!

It's Christmas at Lulworth House!

We took Lulworth House off the holiday rental market for a month to refurbish three more bathrooms. Now back open and hosting guests for Christmas.
