Having to share again guys as more of our property has been damaged. Security deposits will be kept if van is not left the way it was given.

All we ask is you respect our van we know accidents happens but damaging belongings and furniture within our van is just utterly disrespectful to us and our next hires.

I ask if you can’t follow these terms & conditions please don’t book it’s not fair on the family’s arriving after it nor to our cleaner who has to come into these situations.

We do appreciate the majority of our lovely guests who do look after the caravan.

I’m posting our terms & conditions as we’ve had a few things damaged last season and all we ask is you kindly respect our caravan.

No smoking of any kind is allowed in our caravan. This includes va**ng. If you wish to smoke/vape please do this outside.

If there is a smell of cigarette smoke, or any other substances inside the caravan after your stay, your deposit will be retained to cover the cleaning of all soft furnishings.

No barbecues
If you wish to have a barbecue, please do not do this on the decking or near the caravan, this is a potential fire risk and part of the caravan park rules.

Please don't feed the seagulls.

Only guests registered on your booking are allowed to stay. If you wish to add any further adults/children, please contact us in advance of their arrival for park security to be notified.

If you do this without notifying us, you will be asked to leave immediately.

All beds used must be stripped and left in shower room for cleaner.

Any extra clean if left untidy will be deducted from security bond.

Check in is 3pm check out is 10am

Please leave the caravan as you found it otherwise it may affect the full return of your deposit.

Last but not least we hope you have a fantastic stay and make amazing memories with your friends & families

I’m having to share this again as we’ve had another instance where the van smells of substances. We have familys coming and going on a weekly basis to our van and we don’t want them going in to this! Each to their own but please if u wish to smoke ci******es or any other substances do it well away from our van because your deposit will be kept to cover costs of cleaning of soft furnishings of van! I’ve been polite about this but it’s getting beyond a joke! Have respect for other peoples property and other people.
