Just a wee update

From Tuesday 28th until Sunday 2nd June we will be taking time away from the page as our son Cody is going in for surgery this week. Only urgent messages will be answered in that time and all remaining messages will be dealt with on Sunday including deposits, payments etc. Please understand our family is our first priority at that time and thank you for understanding 😊

Hi guys

I just want to quickly to say a few rules about our caravan again

Rules are pinned at top of page but we are tightening up especially with summer nearly here

Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to smoke or do drugs in the van- we have found w**d in the van twice this year if found doing so it’s an automatic deposit kept

Animals under no circumstances are not allowed up on the furniture or beds if animal hair is found on bedding from now on you will need to pay to replace it or we will deduct from deposit cost as it’s not fair that we should be expected to deal with that.

If protectors, bedding or duvets are found to have excessive food/drink stains etc on them then it is up to you replace them or it will be taken of deposit as again this has happened three times this season which we have let slide but not when 4 duvets cover sets have been ruined in the one stay. We understand accidents happen we are taking about excessive staining.

We understand that things happen we have three young kids in our home two of whom are toddlers so get it. We also have our own dog who casts like nobodies business but he’s not allowed up on any furniture or beds at home or caravan so we expect the same courtesy at the caravan. Our caravan is used by hundreds of people every season so please treat it with respect.
