Both caravans can be booked together depending on availability. One has decking and dishwasher. Both have outside seating areas. 🌞

The caravan is situated a 5min walk to all amenities and a stones throw from the beach 🏖️

For convenience the following is included for your stay:
* Bedding
*Wi-Fi
*Toilet and kitchen roll
* Tea, Coffee and Sugar
* Gas central heating & double glazing
* Cleaning products
* Smart tv with sound bar with Netflix/prime.

Please note smoking is not permitted in the van.
Check in 3pm & check out 11am

* Passes are not included but can be purchased separately from haven where you can book all your activities online & in advance!

Two 3bedroom caravans for hire both have own driveway and sea views.

Terms and Conditions

We have some rules that we would like all guests to follow. This is to protect our holiday home from any potential damage and to ensure our insurance is not invalidated. We ask all our guests to be respectful and to take care of the space, furnishings, toys/games etc.

Smoking
No smoking of any kind is allowed in our caravan or on the decking. This includes va**ng. If you wish to smoke/vape please do this outside and ensure all windows and doors are closed. Please pick up any cigarette butts and put them in the bins.

If there is a smell of cigarette smoke, or any other substances inside the caravan after your stay, your deposit will be retained to cover the cleaning of all soft furnishings.

No barbecues
If you wish to have a barbecue, please do not do this on the decking or near the caravan, this is a potential fire risk and part of the caravan park rules.

Booking details
If you need to amend your booking, please contact us before your start date. We will be as helpful as we can and don't want anything to spoil your holiday.

Only guests registered on your booking are allowed to stay. If you wish to add any further adults/children, please contact us in advance of their arrival so insurance details can be updated and park security notified.

If you do this without notifying us, you will be asked to leave immediately and not be refunded.

Please bring your own towels/flannels.

At the end of your stay please can you strip all beds, leave the mattress protectors etc on the beds.

Please don't feed the seagulls. It's against park rules.

Checkout time is 11 am.

Please leave the caravan as you found it otherwise it may affect the full return of your deposit.
