Easter egg hunt at Longshaw - 29 March–14 April | 9.30am – 3pm

Visit Longshaw’s Easter trail this year to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Peak District and have fun with a host of family activities.
Build a giant bird nest and practice your aim to see if you can throw the hoops over the giant rabbit’s ears. Test your jumping skills and see if you can leap as far as some of Longshaw’s native animals.
Get creative and find out what you can build in the loose parts area and keep your eyes peeled to spot all the ducks hidden around the pond.
With 10 egg-citing activity stations located around Longshaw, there is plenty to keep you and your family busy this Easter holiday. Normal admission plus £3 per trail, includes a chocolate egg, or a vegan ‘Free-From’ chocolate egg, both made using cocoa from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.

Haddon Hall set to reopen its doors with fantastic offer for Derbyshire residents

Derbyshire Visitor Summer Pass allows multiple entries from March – September for

£35 per person

To ensure Derbyshire residents can enjoy Haddon throughout the seasons, this year Lord and Lady
Edward Manners have launched a Derbyshire Visitor Summer Pass, in addition to the existing 30%
discount off admission prices into the hall which launched last year. Derbyshire residents who
purchase a Derbyshire Visitor Summer Pass can visit Haddon on multiple occasions from March to
the end of September for a total of £35 per person, excluding parking. Haddon also continues to offer
free entry for children under the age of 16 years old.

Well the last Peak District Map went down well, with some feedback we have decided to make an updated version with more places and some alterations.
We are aware that some places are not in the Peak District but are associated with the area like Matlock and Buxton and be nice to included.
This is the first draft and we have listed all the places on the image in the post.
Please let us know if you think of other places we have missed off as we may include them in a future version.
We had a comment about the words repeating, that is by design as it takes over 320 words to fill the map!
