Taste of Ulster 2024 Award 🌟 After a mystery inspection (during a very busy service during Red Bull Cliff Diving) our Food, Beverage & Kitchen team achieved an outstanding score of 97% for food, service and overall dining experience. Out of a potential top score of 207, the team scored 200! A massive well done to our chefs and front of house teams for their efforts!

Having received the Taste of Ulster plaque consecutively since 2021, this year's achievement marks our best result to date, reflecting the positive changes we've implemented to enhance our guests' overall experience. A fantastic achievement in particular for our team of chefs led by Head Chef, Jack Mooney.
