After two winters of horrendous sinus infections I decided this year I'd try to do something about it to prevent it rather than spend the Winter on antibiotics which usually required two courses. Last year my face was so swollen you'd thought I'd done two rounds with Carl Frampton!!
So I do know propolis is natures antibiotic and I had worked for Forever many years ago. Justine's wee post popped onto my page in the nick of time. I started at the end of summer to build it up and this winter so far has been a win win situation. I drink 60mls of gel every morning and pop two propolis tablets daily and bingo - an infection free Winter.
