Meet Bonny, the owner of Golden Rickshaw. Originally from Guangzhou city (formerly known as Canton) in the Guangdong province in China. It is often considered the food capital of China.

Bonny has called Northern Ireland home for the past 23 years, and set up Golden Rickshaw to introduce people to the authentic flavours of China. She aims to connect more people with Chinese culture through delicious food, cooking and sharing stories of the dishes.

Bonny's Golden Rickshaw Kitchen Takeover at INFUSE is taking place on Saturday 30th November, from 7pm. She has crafted a truly special Chinese Banquet and we are beyond excited for it.

What's more, this Kitchen Takeover is a unique tea & food pairing as Duncan has expertly selected a tea to complement each course of the banquet...more on that soon!
