A blend of yoga and drama for children aged three years and upwards. Fun - Creative - Active - Imaginative Yogic Theatrix was set up by Amelia in 2011.

It blends her two passions of yoga and theatre in one. Classes bring yoga and storytelling together in fun, active and creative ways. The classes are suitable for children aged 2yrs - 17yrs.

Amelia created Yogic Theatrix out of her passion and experience as both a qualified Yoga Teacher and trained Actress, blending her love of theatre and yoga into one. The classes offer an introduction to yoga and body awareness whilst sparking the children's imagination with story telling and imaginative play. Each class is kept age appropriate and includes a poetic sun salute, games, story telling using the body, yoga and imagination, and a relaxation to finish the class leaving each child alert but calm!
