only 15 miles and the village of Fordyce only 2 miles. It has all major appliances a 42 inch TV. A king size sofa bed is in the lounge that opens in easy pull action for extra guests. One double bedroom with King size bed and there is a easy action and
comfortable sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area to sleep an extra
two people if required. The Cottage is heated with electric radiators and the lounge
area also has a wood burning stove for the cold winter nights in
front of the fire. The bathroom contains shower, sink and bidet with a skylight to allow daylight on those sunny days. To keep in touch with the outside world there is wireless internet (fibre optic broadband). Television, DVD player and Radio / CD player.
