Ann was extremely helpful and patient with us trying to make a booking during these uncertain times. The house is first class and Ann made it special for us with the nice touches. Great location easy to find and a awesome house.

We loved our stay here. The cottage was really well equipped, cosy and clean. Ann was always available, if needed. The accommodation was really well situated for a number of stunning beaches / walks.

Fantastic house to stay at with a beautiful well equipped open kitchen area with relaxing sounds of a stream running down the hill. Close to Barmouth, which is a lovely little town (excellent fish & chippy) with a fantastic beachfront! Ann was really helpful and responsive before and throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend a stay here and will probably be planning another trip

Lovely house and surroundings. Gardens, leading into the wood and gorgeous. Barmouth and the beach are within easy walking distance. Neighbours were incredibly friendly and helpful. The kitchen and (three!) bathrooms are fitted out beautifully. Great value for money, and Anne as a host was fully respectful of privacy but was available if we needed anything (we didn't - the house had everything we needed)

Lovely cosy cottage with great character & charm. We loved the mix of old & New.The kitchen & bathrooms are excellent & the location is perfect for a stroll into Barmouth. We will definitely come back !
