Hello everyone,

We are now open for bookings, and have full availability for the whole of July including summer holidays through into August in both caravans.

We have found a cleaning company to take over the cleaning between bookings for me, as I'm still not well enough to do them myself, but I will be travelling up to oversee everything as I always have.

I'll post up all availability this afternoon once I've collected the children from school.

It's lovely to be back open again ☺️

Hi everyone,

This is our first weekend here in a while, and tonight's sunset didn't disappoint.

Unfortunately I have to tell you that I haven't been well, hospital tests so far are inconclusive so I'll need further testing done to find the cause of the problem and treat/operate etc as needed. As such, I've been reluctant to take new bookings as things are unfolding, but all bookings we have taken will be honoured - and hopefully we will be back to normal sooner rather than later this year.

Bookings will still be taken, but at a lower number to what we usually sell so I can manage the turnaround cleaning.

This is our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom caravan which sleeps up to 4 adults in one kingsize bed with full bath and overhead shower ensuite, plus a twin bedroom and a family shower room. This van is also blessed with a washing machine/tumble dryer.

For those who haven't seen our page before, this caravan is double glazed, centrally heated and upgraded to include extra insulation, making it perfectly cosy for the cooler months. It has wraparound decking and a wheelchair access ramp, rather than steps.

The caravan is pet free and smoking inside is not permitted.

Hello everyone

This weekend was our first time back since we closed for winter in November. I'm not going to lie, I hadn't realised how much I'd missed being here and how much I'd needed this view and the relaxation it brings.

The good news is we've had no damage over winter to either caravan, all decking fences are intact and I'll be opening the books tomorrow and posting our availability..fingers crossed we won't have a repeat of last year now I've said that!

Hello, we hope you all had a lovely Christmas and we wish everyone a very happy new year.

As you may be aware, this is our first post for a while. Unfortunately, we had a family bereavement in September and also some upsetting news regarding our little boy and the progression of his disease. Due to this, I had to take a break from the caravans to concentrate on my family.

We are opening both caravans this year, and I will be taking bookings from Sunday onwards - I will reply to all messages we've received tomorrow, .

As it stands, we have very good availability for half terms, summer holidays, as well as off peak holidays. However, I have no choice but to change my weekly cleanings from a Saturday to a Friday this year, so I'm at home to care for my boy at the weekend. To accommodate this our holidays will either be from a Monday to Friday, or Saturday to Friday afternoon I'm afraid.

I look forward to this year of holidays and getting back into the swing of things after closing in October....we reopen in April 😊

Slightly annoyingly for us, we have appointments over all 3 of these weeks so we cannot take advantage of any of the vacancies ourselves. If you'd like any further information, please do send a message.

First live of 2023 and what a beautiful evening it is here at seafront 1 😀

As promised, we popped into the clubhouse to see the mascot party on Saturday night. Tyler has autism, Sensory processing problems and learning difficulties, he finds loud music and crowds very challenging so as you can see by his face, he did his best to enjoy the show for about 15 minutes before asking to leave. I can say the children there really enjoyed themselves, the star rangers (entertainment team) are fantastic with them, and the energy was really uplifting and friendly. We were able to join a line to have our photo taken with Leo, Tyler wanted to but was a little scared, the team respected his space to put him at ease. I'll pop the photo in the comments. My opinion is based entirely on Easter at the moment ofcourse, but if you use the facilities, the wristbands are worth it if you have little ones - Leo is about on the site to meet everyone arriving on a Saturday though.

We are perfectly safe and very happy (now I've come in and dried off!) with the central heating on and a cup of tea :) watching this is amazing! The waves seem to of organised themselves now, and got a lot bigger :) front row seats - love it!!

Just the one night up at the van last night to prep it ready for our guests this week. The thunderstorms were amazing! Available remaining dates for this season are :- 12th - 16th of June 19th - 23rd of June 23rd - 25th of June - PB 26th - 30th of June 10th - 14th of July Summer holidays fully booked 4th - 8th of September 9th - 16th of September 16th - 23rd of September 25th - 29th of September 2nd - 9th of October 9th - 13th of October 14th - 19th of October PB = provisionally booked - I will open these dates back up again if they become available, or I do not hear back from those who have asked me to hold them. Provisionally booked holidays are not secured until deposit is paid - but I am happy to hold them for you whilst you check dates off work etc :) Dates can be split into Monday to Friday short breaks and weekends where available, and holidays can be paid by installments.
