Rose Hill has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite). On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a range cooker and seating for up to 16 people and a more formal dining room that can seat 12. On the first floor there is a large living room providing a great place to lounge out and unwind after a hard day's sunbathing. There is also a double bedroom (en-suite) on the first floo
r, the remainder of the bedrooms being located on the second and third floors. The house has an outside decked garden at the back – the ideal place to admire the sea views on those warm summer evenings. The house is located within metres of the plethora of beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and Barmouth's leisure facilities so there's no chance of you getting bored! We're not very far from a number of other lovely seaside resorts, villages and the exciting outdoor activities of Snowdonia National Park. We're currently refurbishing and refreshing the house so as soon as we're finished we'll get some new photos up.
