Although can view our up to date profile on Airbnb, drop me a message to book. I am not taking deposits and cancellation is free. At the moment we are permitted to take bookings from 4 Jul, this is subject to final Government approval.

We would love to host people we know in the Little House, so heads up to all our friends and family. Urgent per night cost is £70 or £450 for a week. On air bnb you’ll get charged a fee as well. Send me a message if you are interested and I’ll send you a better deal.

The Little House is a quirky, small and cosy open plan cottage/apartment. With a king size bed, sofa bed, TV, fully fitted kitchen, dining table and benches and a wet room. The Little House looks across your driveway out onto our garden, paddock, stream and the woodland beyond. Please note, the Little House is not a detached property, it is part of our Long House which was built in 1670. At the rear of the Little House you have a picnic bench, private patio and gas barbecue, your own driveway and parking as well as access to your own paddock. We have made sure that although we live on site, everything about the Little House is totally self contained. We are here to help you, but you do not need to come into contact with us. There is no doubt it is quiet here! It is a great location from which to explore North Devon, then head back and enjoy a glass of vino listening the to rooks up above roost and the owls hoot.

We have a strict cleaning regime already but are paying particular attention to frequently used hard surfaces such as switches and handles. There is no carpet in the Little House as the floors are wooden and tiled, the sofa is leather and all linen is laundered on a hot wash.

Our bottle Feds lambs are now eating their way through the paddock, known as Olaf and Sven (to all those Frozen Fans out there).

These are last years lambs, hope to take delivery some new lambs mid April. They will be orphaned so will be bottle feeding them! Watch this space....
