Well 2024 is almost done. Paul and I are seeing the new year in on NB Pipe Dream in the hope that we get to spend lots of time cruising the cut in 2025.

We would like to wish all our customers a happy, healthy and safe new year, we look forward to seeing you all in the coming year.

and we are done. Another Christmas eve finished with no more customers to get to the airport. Paul and I would like to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas. Thank you all for your custom over the last year and we very much look forward to seeing you in the new year. Our diary for 2025 and beyond is already open and so far we have bookings up until Jan 2026!

Thank you to our drivers for all your hard work this year. you have, as usual, been amazing. We hope Santa brings you all you wish for tomorrow and remember if its a trip abroad book your transfer early 😊😜

We've snuck off for a weekend away( which is why there's another storm due tomorrow, sorry)

If you are booked in with us the drivers will do their normal amazing service and Paul and I will continue to answer the phone and reply to emails but please bear with us if there is a delay while we spend a few days chilling.

Good evening lovely people, as you are aware we are a small, but perfectly formed, company and over the last 2 weeks the emails, calls, whatsapp, texts and fb messages have been flying in..........we thank you so very much for this. Paul and I are doing our very best to answer them as soon as we can but we are also out on the road too. Please please please bear with us we are doing our very best to get through them as soon as we can.

It's Monday but not just any Monday, it a Bank Holiday!!!!

Paul and I will be away for the next 4 days, escaping on to the boat for some (sort of) down time. As always we will still be answering the phone and emails but but please bear with us if this take longer than usual, chances are we will be in the middle of a lock when you ring !!!!

A heartfelt plea.......

with every booking taken we send over a booking confirmation to you via email, please, please, please double check this and make sure all details are correct, if you do not receive your confirmation please check in your spam box (they like to hide in there!) We send these to ensure all details we have are correct and that we don't turn up at 3 in the morning a day earlier than you require 😕

In all seriousness this confirmation is really important as this is information we use to take you to and collect you from your airport/cruise terminal. It is really important that arrival dates/times, contact numbers and flight numbers are confirmed as correct to ensure a smooth transfer for you and our drivers. There are times we get it wrong (we are only human) our confirmations are a safety net but only if you check them too.

And we're off.....again. Paul and I are off in our canal boat travels again. We will still be manning the phone and emails (in-between locks and swing bridges) and our amazing drivers will be looking after our customers

Office for the week 😍 Paul and I are away the week however we are still manning both phone and email. Please be patient if we do not answer straight away it could be we are half way through a lock or mooring up.

Well things are hotting up and I don't just mean the weather!! Bookings are coming in thick and fast and I am already starting to close days in June, July and August. if you are looking to book a transfer to the airport or docks please consider booking sooner rather than later, we hate saying no to you, this is doubly important if you are looking for a minibus as they get extra busy during this time.
