Gorgeous blue skies in Sheringham for their 1940s weekend, the town is alive with people who have made far more effort than I have, getting dressed for the period. On our way home now from our day in Bridlington, so much to see and do. I must have walked miles. So lucky with the weather again. Thank you to Bland's driver Bob and all my lovely customers who make it all so easy and such a pleasure.

Our trip today is Kew Gardens.The heat of the last few days has subsided to just right. Although if you can stand the temperature the climb to the top of the Palm House is well worth it. Be warned its 35' up there. Time now for some lunch then a bit more exploring. I can't believe how hard my job is 😂

Sadly I'm seeing a number of fake & scam posts on the Rutland Bus Trips page advertising tickets for sale that do not exist. I try to delete them as soon as I see them but in case I miss one. Please be very cautious responding to any posts, not just on my page but everywhere on Facebook. Please don't send any money to anyone you don't know personally. Usually, when people have to cancel their booking on our trips they are put back on sale on the website, that way you will know they are genuine.

Let's all be careful, and if you're not sure about anyone please check with me.

Today we're in Cromer for the end of the pier show. The weather is a little iffy, but you have to admire the determination of these children who are laughing at the oncoming rain and hypothermia, they're going to have a nice time come what may. And so are we. Brrrritish summertime 😎

We're back in sunny Hunny, 3 years after our first day trip here in July 2021. Back then we had to be covid socially distanced 🤧. I'd like to express my thanks to Bland's driver Jonathan, for driving today's trip to the BBC Good Food & Gardeners world shows on his own whilst I was away celebrating the marriage of my son Adam to his beautiful new wife Lexy. As well as driving, Jonathan still managed to hand out the sweets and water (Not whilst actually driving) It sounds like Jonathan had an interesting time and full luggage lockers coming back with everyone's purchases of plants and accessories. I've no pictures from today's trip so here's a couple of bus piccies from the wedding,
