I’m Andrew, I’m 42 and I live near Bath.
Wild Camper Trucks started in 2023. It’s my side hustle which I absolutely love.
I’ve always been into the outdoors, but prefer a little comfort when roughing it.
I loved my campervan but the lack of space, messing around setting up the bed and that it could only go so far off grid, caused me to look around for alternatives.
I saw these campers and fell in love.😍
I’m the only one hiring them out. I also sell them.
Despite causing such a stir, this isn’t all about profit.
🌳I plants trees to offset the co2,
🛁customers are given ethical toiletries and
💷the business supports four charities.
🤘I endorse responsible wild camping websites too, so customers can experience the best locations and land owners benefit too. So much better than parking in a lay-by.
Being a musician too, I fixed the issue of being able to dry clothes inside the vehicle by modifying a microphone stand with an angle grinder.
My young kids are in to all this too, so the trucks are affectionately called George and Freddie, after their middle names.
