On both of these serene apartments, the living space combines kitchen, dining and living areas in one cosy open-plan room with a large window onto the city below. A contemporary white fitted kitchen with white granite top has an induction 4 ring hob and electric oven, a mocrowave, a fridge and small separate freezer compartment, a small dishwasher and a washing machine combined with dryer. s a sofa for 2 (which is a sofa –bed if required) and a wall mounted TV on the opposite wall with Netflix and catch-up TV. A round dining table to seat 4 is placed beside a large original sash window from where it’s fun to watch the lively scene of cocktail bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs built into grand Georgian terraces. The comfortable and tranquil double bedroom at the back of the property overlooks roofscapes and the hills to the South of the city. There is a 4’ 6” double bed, small wardrobe and large chest of drawers. A chic compact contemporary tiled en-suite has a good sized shower, a hand basin with storage under and WC with shelf over. in The Den there is air conditioning in the bedroom.
