A holiday cottage, named after a wood in the valley, Trulls provides thoughtfully equipped, contemporary/rustic spacious rural farm self catering accommodation for 6/7 people who enjoy the best of both worlds.

This evening we share Stonehenge illuminated in blue light in support of our NHS and carers. 💙 To keep everyone safe we can't travel to light up the stones this evening – but here they were on World Heritage Day in 2018, illuminated by light artist Kari Kola.

It’s proving to be a stunning weekend! The valley is alive with ‘spring’ albeit a little late this year!

Apologies for the background news report but I managed to catch this buzzard feeding on its carrion supper on our drive this evening! There were several others flying around at the time too. I wish I'd seen the large hare before his demise but feel quite privileged to to have witnessed this today with the understanding how nature is cruel and powerful, and truly beautiful!

Just listening to the view!

Lambing thick and fast this week, with lots of good strong lambs. Like last year we've had lots of triplets, and last night we had a set of quads too. They were four of ten lambs born in the space of half an hour from only three ewes! Here are some new born triplets, less than an hour old. We've got a lot of bottle feeding to do!
