🌿 Nature is awaking around Chew Valley Lake🌿
10 minutes' walk from the park entrance, the all-weather Chew Lake Recreational trail ( 👫 🚴‍♂️ 👩‍🦽 ) leads to the impressive Chew Dam and onward to Woodford Lodge and Heron's Green viewing points.
🦆Watch for great grebes ducking and diving in their courtship displays and colourful over-wintering wildfowl.
☕🍿 Hot refreshments or meals are available at Woodford Lodge Lakeside Food or Salt and Malt restaurant and take away at Chew Dam. Parking and WC's are available at both venues plus the Chew Valley picnic spot which is a few moment's drive from your lodge.
♿️ Blue badge parking is available at all three locations.
