One of the first things you notice as you enter Sea Huts is the view from the balcony window (unless you arrive in the dark, in which case you have a treat in store in the morning). In front of you is our own little bit of beach, Beadnell Haven, where fishermen landed their boats for hundreds of years. Over to the left on the horizon are the Farne Islands and at night you will see the beam from th
e Longstone Lighthouse. The path in front is part of the Northumberland Coastal Path and you will see some serious walkers pass by. You will want to join them and explore Beadnell’s massive beaches and fascinating history. Whether you want to be relaxed or invigorated, to stuff yourselves silly or walk yourselves healthy, or all of those, you have come to the right place. While you are here you can explore at least five castles, take a boat trip to the Farne Island to meet the seals and puffins or the causeway to Holy Island. Visit the fantastic Alnwick Gardens or take to the hills of the Northumberland National Park. Come back exhausted and relax on our comfy sofas, take in the cool décor, enjoy our multi-channel TV, get connected with our super-fast broadband. The kitchen has all the kit you need to turn some fantastic local produce into tasty meals, but if you can’t be bothered there are three places to eat in the village, and many more a short drive away. Our fantastic village shop is just across the road.
