Went for a run on the Anglesey coastal path, taking in Malltraeth, Aberffraw, Porth Trecastell, Rhosneigr, traeth Cymyran, and Four Mile Bridge
Went early and had them all to myself!

Another fabulous early session on this bright and sunny Saturday morning
This time, it was learning all about safe cold water immersion followed by sauna. The lovely Mary Freeman took the class and was so knowledgeable and helpful. My sister Lou and I now have renewed confidence to take the plunge!

Thank you to all the grown ups who still smiled and had fun, jumping in the hot tubs regardless of the rain, wind, and storm Kathleen.
Thank you to our changeover crew who headed out in some interesting conditions and made our lodges look lovely.
Thank you to Robin and the boys for putting up with me - when you run a people facing business and customer experience is King, managing expectations is difficult when the weather is against you, and I worried...a lot.
But we kept smiling 😃

When you start and end the day at Cafe Notos, Rhosneigr, then you know it's going to be a good one!
And between that an early morning yoga session with Angharad from Create Space Yoga, followed by an hours session at Sawna Bach, swimming in the sunshine at Porth Tyn Tywyn, then a truly zoning out gong bath session with Angharard.
What a fab early birthday pressie from my sister, and what a great day spent with her and my neice.
