❤ Happy International Women’s Day, a time to of gender inequality in all its forms. Today is a chance to stand proud for what you have achieved and look forward to exciting times ahead.

🧡 Today I celebrate all the women that I know and love, alongside those that I don’t know at all, and those of you that simply just wish to express femininity. I want to reach out to you all, in all corners of the world

🏵🌱Happy St. David's Day!
🏵🌱Dydd Gwyl Dewi Hapus!

Saint David is the patron saint of Wales and today is about celebrating and remembering him.

Did you know that daffodils and leeks are the national symbol of Wales?

There are many reasons as to why this is.

It is believed that leeks were put into soldiers helmets during a battle with the Saxons. This was so that you could recognise your fellow soldiers. It’s also believed that the Battle of Crécy took place in a field of leeks.

Daffodils are also used as a national symbol and has recently replaced the leeks due to them coming out in and around St David’s Day!

❤️ I am a little behind on posting these, our visitors have been so kind recently. I absolutely 💯 agree with these lovely guests, Beaumaris has something for everyone: historical places to visit, the beach, sea, crabbing at the pier, a paddling pool, restaurants, bars and lots of beautiful shops. Something for all of the family to enjoy Then in the colder months retreat back to our cosy cottage and relax in front of the log-burner.❤️

to when the beautiful Poppy came to stay at Hyfrydle.

Hyfrydle is a dog friendly cottage that sleeps six, situated just off the main street in Beaumaris. It has onsite parking and is just a hop, skip and a jump from the shoreline. Guests can find everything that they should require to make sure their holiday is relaxing as possible and there is a secluded and safe back garden to keep furry friends and children safe while playing outside.

❤️ thank you so much to our recent guests who took the opportunity to stay at Hyfrydle while visiting their son who studies at Bangor University. What better excuse to enjoy some family time and the beautiful sights of Anglesey?

❤️ As our guests say, we aim to please with a house packed with everything that you should need to make your break a relaxing one, not to mention the fact the house is centrally located in . Attention to detail is also key at Hyfrydle especially when it comes to cleaning, and the lovely ladies .c.cleaners never disappoint.

🎅 We love Christmas here at Hyfrydle. All of the decorations are up at our cosy little cottage and the town is feeling super festive. 🌲 I can't tell you how nice it feels here at the moment, it's simply magical. The warming feeling of Christmas at Hyfrydle and of course the log-burning fire. Just outside and a hop, skip and a jump away you can find the gorgeous town Christmas tree stood proudly opposite #beaumariscastle and next to the #beaumariscourtrooms. 🕯Castle Street, the main shopping area in Beaumaris, looks suitably twinkly too with colourful lights woven all of the way down. Over on the seafront the @thebulkeleyhotel stands in all its glory, adorned in twinkly lights and ready to welcome you for a warming drink. 🍷Finally it brings me to @thebullbeaumaris, my favourite pub in Beaumaris, where roaring open fires await along with your favourite tipple.
