Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of hosting the Laura Espin: Grounded by Nature Reiki Retreat 🌿✨

We treated 12 lovely ladies to a delightful vegetarian lunch, starting with homemade veggie spring rolls topped with crispy potato, followed by a vibrant 'five-colour salad' with sesame dressing.

For the main course, we served Mapo Tofu, three delicious dishes from the ground (aubergine, potato, and pepper), and spicy fried green beans, accompanied by egg-fried sushi rice.

Each dish was infused with a hint of spice, creating the perfect lift on a rainy afternoon ☔
