Check-in and Check-out Hours
In all our rental villas and apartments, the entrance is 16.00 and the exit is 10.00. As our villas are in and out on the same day, it is important that all our guests comply with these hours, due to the detailed cleaning and disinfection process, as well as the necessary controls are completed.

Our Guests who rent our Villas and Apartments is deemed to have accepted the rental terms and conditions which will be supplied at the time of booking

Important information
Cleaning and spraying against insects and pests are routinely applied in all of our rental villas and apartments. Despite this, there is a possibility of insects and pests in the villas intertwined with nature. This information is valid not only for this villa, but also for all our rental villas and Apartments.
The pool and sunbathing areas of our conservative villas, and villas with sheltered pools are closed with various separators and isolated from the environment. However, we cannot guarantee that all our villas are 100% invisible from the outside. There is a 5% avoidance margin for not being seen.
An extra cleaning fee of £70-£100 is required for stays under 5 nights in our villas. This decision belongs to the villa owners.
Pool and garden maintenance of all our villas in our private pool villa options is done by the staff once a day.
