Brussels: Now has a low emission zone whereby you need to register your vehicle - it's checked to see if it's allowed in.

If it's of a certain age then it costs a day pass, otherwise it's free (as long as you register).

If you don't register and you go in there's a fine... ouch!
Just a heads up.
