We had an amazing night with our team of roving oyster shuckers serving guests at the launch of the new Slieve Donard Resort. And a gorgeous oyster bar set up with all the dressing. Our new roving shucking kits mean we can open oysters on the spot for guests!

We have spent the weekend finalising our plans for the Belfast Oyster Experience and popped into and got some Oysters from to try over the weekend. We tried it our with some local stout, Guinness, white wine and enjoyed the lovely weather!

We have so many tasty hot sauces and condiments to go alongside and have come up with some tasty combinations.

We can't wait to launch our Oyster and Guinness nights and hope you all can join us to try these beauties, have some pints and some shucking good craic.
