Craving a taste of summer? Try this Elderflower & Poitín Spritz taken from our very own Belfast by the Glass.

Refreshing, light and citrusy and has converted guests and staff alike to enjoy drinking Poitín (the legal stuff, of course).

You’ll need 35ml of Bán Poitín , 15ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 20ml lemon juice and 15 ml Elderflower syrup. Top it up with soda and a slice of lemon to garnish. Delicious!
