Secluded and very private stone Holiday Cottage in a centrally located position to enjoy wonderful Northumberland. The cottage was fully refurbished and upgraded in Summer 2016, but retains original features and a truly country feel. Shortflatt Farm cottage sleeps four with an enclosed garden, open country views, including a private lake and summerhouse. Two bedrooms, one spacious king bedroom and

a cosy twin bedroom in the eaves. All with thick and comfortable mattresses and premium bed linens. Fitted country kitchen, with separate utility room. Dining room with views over the enclosed walled garden. Sitting room featuring a log burning stove also overlooks the garden and on over the open countryside and pastoral farmland. Additional shower room and WC on the ground floor. Rental includes all bedding, towels, electricity, water and heating, including logs. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs and can offer grazing for visiting horses, who would thoroughly enjoy the local bridleways. Please be aware that the property features an original but steep staircase.
