Today I had the chance to check out our newest bit of stock and thought it would be the perfect van to try a new way of filming our holiday homes! Check out the video below.
The ABI St David 2022 has 3 bedrooms, is central heated and has double glazing. The kitchen has a open plan layout with cupboard space high and low, black sink and integrated appliances including a dishwasher. In the lounge there is a electric fire, TV stand, two sofa's (one with a pull out bed), coffee table and a freestanding dining table & chairs. These are just a few of the features of this holiday home.
The St David is preowned but has the appearance of being brand new. It is on a location which has private parking behind, large decking and great sea views. From this holiday home it is a short two minute walk to the beach, owners lounge, complex, swimming pools and a ten minute walk to the town centre train station.
